1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my windshield wipers came on for just a second &then stopped workind at all. i've looked for a fuse but cannot find it. is it hidden somewhere?or what else could be the problem?

try tapping the wiper motor lightly with a hammer and see if it starts, if it does then replace it.
