1996 Honda Accord My 1996 nuetral safety switch?

My accord just didnt start yesterday...we checked the starter ,alternator and battery...now hearing it has to be nuetral safety switch?...how do I know?

Not too fast-If you're talking about it won't crank at all/nothing when you hit the key to starting position could also be one of these security starter cut relay and ignition switch/bad connections
