1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 117K miles

I have a 1996 Honda Accord, 4 cylinder, manual trans with only 117,000 original miles. In the cooler weather, when I first start the car, the idle fluctuates between 800-1500rpm. It seems cyclic. Once the engine warms the idle fluctuation ceases.

I would try a new coolant temp sensor first and see how things go, if not that it is probably a bad IAC module see if you can clean it up a bit, if not it will need replacement.
