1996 Honda Accord How to take off the front rotors.

We are trying to replace the front brake pads and rotors, however after renting a claw to remove the rotors; they are still not coming off. We decided to remove the 4 blots behind the inside part of the rotor, but it is still stuck. How do we get the assembly off? Are we missing something else?

wheel bearing need to be pulled off
and then you can remove the rotor
