Radiator in and the fans dont kick on?

I just put a radiator in and the fans dont kick on. I bypass the thermostat switch they come on what is the problem

Is your check engine light on?

Have you check the relays?The Radiator Fan Relay for both 2.7 and 2.2 are in same location...
