1996 Honda Accord headers

when i put headers in this specific car do i need to do some performace changes to the head because someone told me that once i put in headers the compression is let out at a faster rate and that can have a big impact on the performace of the vtec head which is what i have on my car.

You don't have to change anything. And truthfully, you won't really notice a difference with the headers (power wise)
