when i turn off my car the left side fan stays on and it will not shut off.when i take the battery off the fan shuts off and when it put it back it stays off.but when i put the switch on and start the car and turn it off the same thing happens when i shut it completly off the fan turns back on again. i checked the relay and it clicks good what can it be?
