i have driven car with hand bareak abut 20 miles.
what might have happend and what are the inspections to be done?

First stop driving, it is dangerous.

Check the calipers and wheel cylinders for leaks, check for ruptured brake hoses, if no leaks, then the master cylinder would be suspect.
