Hi car sat for a couple of years, stepped on the clutch pedal with the engine off and it went to the floor and stayed there

The clutch hydraulic system is faulty and you need to get them repaired.

While bleeding the system, you need to manually lift the clutch pedal as it is equipped with a self assist spring and will stay at the bottom if there is no hydraulic pressure.
