Both the clutch master and slave cylinders are seeping fluid externally.

Are the repair kits worth doing with these cylinders?

Or do you believe the cylinders should be replaced rather than repaired?

Thanks for your help.

Personally the slave cylinder, I would just replace. The price for a rebuilt or new one is very cheap.

The master cylinder is a toss up. What price can you get a rebuilt one for? How about the rebuilt kit?

In my opinion, I would purchase new or rebuild parts for both, you may have done damaged to the housing bores, that you may not be able to rebuild with that kit.

Cylinders from Honda $300. Rock auto has a pretty good selection, from $30 to $58 for each cylinder.

Repair kits about $28 for both.

I think I'll try the repair kits. Should be able to hone out the bore.
