1996 Honda Accord Clicking Noise while turning

When I go to turn (left or right), my car will make a rather loud "clicking" noise. I flushed the power steering fluid hoping that would be it, but it is still continuing to do it. I want to get a better idea of what it could be. Thanks

Outboard cv's. At that mileage, I would replace both axles with new ones
