If you pinch of the fuel return line the dead head pressure should increase 2X over the normal pressure which is 30-37psi and your running pressure at this time is 40-45psi your lil bit on the high side.

If you remove the vac hose on the regulator is should increase between 8-10 psi over, vac hose connected 30-37 psi

Other areas will caused it to bogged/hesistate:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it.
