The car was in a front end hit about a month ago not bad tho did bust the head light on drivers side but done the repairs and had no trouble until now im wondering if its in the little wiring box under the headlight but i donno what it is can you tell me anything about this its just laying there unmounted Thanks[quote:1d97459607="JimmyL645i"]it definately seems to be electrical problems here.

it seems like the relay are wired together to trigger signal + wiper operation..
signal and wiper are 2 different things if yours is performing together i would question recent events. car being fix.. or something of that nature, it shouldn't just do that buy itself.
can you tell us , was this recently?
