1995 Honda Accord wave accelerates.

My car has unexpected accelerations, acceleration up and down but when I disconnect the throttle to accelerate Reverse sensor and keeps a little fast at 2000 rpm

When the idling speed is higher than normal, it would cause surging.

Possible causes are :

1. Low coolant level.
2. Cloggged IAC coolant hoses
3. Faulty Fast Idle Thermal valve.
4. Idling speed out of specs
5. Leaking vacumns.
