After replacing the battery, the turn signals have stopped working. They light up ( all the bulbs work), however when you signal to turn the lights don't flash. The indicator on the instrument cluster lights up but stays lit, there is no "flashing". I have checked the fuses and they are not shorted. Is this a grounding problem or a short somewhere else in the system??
The chilton guide was of no use either! No topics on how to correct this problem.

Hi skadom21,

Does the hazard lights functioning normally?

It should be a problem with the flasher relay or its wiring and not external.
