1995 Honda Accord Stop light doesn't turn off

My problem is that the stop light (brake light) stays on even when the engine is turned off. I've had to remove the stop light fuse from the fuse box under the hood to turn off the light. Anyone have any ideas how to remedy this?

Thank you for your recommendations. It was totally correct and a new stopper was installed.

Check the brake switch-follow the brake pedal to the brake support bracket and your right there-either you adjust or replace.
