1995 Honda Accord overheating

Car overheats very fast. Fans do not come on unless a/c is turned on? Also noticed hose freezes up near radiator with a/c on? Thank you

Start by replacing the thermostat don't work problem could be the coolant temperature sensor/engine temperature gauge /switch not turning on the fan/clogged radiator, water pump defective.
