Sometimes when either decelerating in gear or when changing gears (and the engine RPM's reduce) all power with shut off for a split second. Power comes back on immediately but it can't be good for the components. Doesn't seem to happen at night with the lights on or when the heater/ac fan is on. Becoming more and more frequent. About 10% of the time after this happens and the car is shut off, the clock resets and one time the radio station memory presets reset to the factory defaults.
