Hi There and Thanks for taking my question. I have a 95 Honda (perfect body & interior) but engine needs replacing ("crank shaft key was sheared by pulley/loose bolt)
So...I found a 97 engine (car was in wreck), can I put this (free) 97 engine in the 95 Honda?

Hi there,

Honda's are about the worst car for doing transplants on, frankly i would be looking very carefully at every thing, i would not want to say yes, because i have been caught out with doing this, 3 engines later we found the correct match, they can be areal pain, so i would be looking for the exact engine and make sure that it comes from a car with the same type of transmission , as the loom will be altered, just be very careful with your choice,
