1995 Honda Accord Heli Coil repair kit to repair ejected sp

How much to replace a blown spark plug that was ejected out of engine head. I was told $450. This included replacing all spark plugs, helicoil repairkit, and valve cover gasket.

Are they going to remove the cylinder head to repair the spark plug threads?
