1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

how do you know when the condensor is bad?My car seems to only get real cold when you water it down.I've had the car recharged with freon and it only gets 70 degrees in the day and 60 at night.how does the condensor work and will this help my problem.

The condensor is bad when it's plugged/blocked up. Or if it is leaking free-on.
