I CHARGE the air, and the compresor just come on and off, It look like it come on only when the cooling fan come on.

Hi campesin95,
The cooling fans are controlled by the compressor so it is the compressor coming on to activate the fans.
You have overcharged the system if the compressor keeps clicking on and off.
