Brakes problem
1995 Honda Accord Automatic 108000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,

I have a 1995 Honda Accord. It is in good condition and I keep it well maintained. A few days ago, I was sitting at a stop light and the break began to "sink" to the floor. The break felt like it all of sudden lost the resistance that it normally has. (I am not someone who is constantly using/pushing my breaks on for everything. And the last check up said that all of the breaks were in good condition)
I have tried to "pump" the breaks (as I was told by a few other Honda owners) however, it did not seem to "grip". I was just wondering if you had any idea or what it might be, if it is easy to fix, and what an approximate ballpark bill might be?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi there,

You may have a failing master cylinder that is by-passing fluid internally, this could well be the case if you have no fluid loss in the system, as for a price i will have to post that when i can access the data base later today.
