1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Manual 130000 miles

Hi,
My 95 Honda Accord's speedometer will go up to 20 mph then stop going up no matter how fast I'm going. Occasionally it works, but most the time it doesn't. When the speedometer stops working, the odometer stops working as well. Everything else (gas gauge, temp, etc.) works fine.
