1995 Honda Accord

When I attempted to replace rotor and distributor cap, I was unable to remove the rotor. There is no screw holding the rotor to the shaft as shown in the literature that I have seen. The bottom of the old rotor (where it slides on to the shaft is broken as if the previous owner tried to pry it off). How can I remove the rotor without damaging the distributor.

Hi there,

If the screw is missing, it may have been glued on with loc tight, you will have to try and break it away by cracking it with a pair of pliers or the such, clean the shaft and check that the screw hole is clear.
