Engine Cooling problem
1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

yes I have a 95 honda accord lx and when driven the temp hand gets to just a lil above the half way mark and then the cooling fan comes on both fans work when ac is on and the cooling fan comes on when ur just at a idle when the temp hand is a lilttle past the half way mark what could be causeing this I have already tested the fans the are fine and checked the relays

What is the condition of the radiator (partially plugged) and the coolant? Also is the temperature guage registering properly. A guage reading slightly over half when the fans comes on would be in the normal range.
