1994 Honda Accord window motor acting weird

Hi, I have a 94 Honda Accord. I noticed the front driver window motor was acting weak, so I replaced it. Problem is...the controls seem to be reversed now (when i tell it to go up it goes down, and vice versa). I went out and bought a second replacement, but that had the same problem, so I know it wasn't just faulty wiring in the replacements. Any suggestions on how to make this work correctly?

Sounds like the wires are crossed at the motor or the switch is in upside down
