Changing rotors and front brake pads but the rotors I am dealing with do not just slide off

I watched the video on changing rotors and front brake pads but the rotors I am dealing with do not just slide off. There are 4 brass bolts that appear to hold the "plate" with the studs to the rotor and will have to be removed first. Does this sound correct?

Actually on the Accord, the hub and bearing assembly must be removed first before removing the rotor. Would you like the proper replacement procedures?

It appears that if I need to have the rotors turned or replace, I might as well replace the bearings, check/replace the ball joints, etc. While I'm "in" there. Couldn't be simple as sliding the rotor off!

Yep, the newer the vehicles get. The more in depth even the smallest maintenance repairs get it seems.
