My son had an accident yesterday in his Honda. It looks like the hood is what needs to be replaced - doesn't appear to be any other damage. I'm wondering what would be a reasonable amount to pay to have this fixed and if you would recommend trying to get a hood from a junk yard to replace the damaged hood. Thanks!

a new hood will run you aroudn 300 dollars so that and about 100 in labor and maybe 2100 to have it replainted so arouind 6-700.

if you can find a hood at a junk yard then go for it as long as it isnt rusted and damaged unless you dont mind a bit of body work.
