1994 Honda Accord rear tires squeking

when driving rear tire squek then when brake it get louder the noise comes from back brakes i geuss front brakes might need to be changed but the nosie comes from rear

Most likely the rear brake pads are worn and needs to be replaced. The pads have a wear indicator and if it is touching the rotor, it would emit a squealing noise when driving, more so when reversing if correctly installed.
