what is the best method for removing the front discs & how do you remove the rear calipers?

Front discs:
Remove two caliper bolts
Remove two brake pad carrier bolts
Remove 2 rotor set screws
Remove rotor

Rear caliper:
disconnect parking brake cable.
Remove flex hose bolt
Remove 2 caliper bolts.
