1994 Honda Accord passenger caliper locks up

I had a brake job done 2 months ago replacing the pads rotor and a rebuild calipers my passenger front brake caliper locks up when I open the bleeder valve on the caliper brake fluid streams out and the caliper releases and is free till the brake is applied again. any suggestions?

Sorry, your post is hard to understand.

What's your definition of caliper lockup. Also, exactly when does it lock up? When you bleed it? What's your procedure for bleeding?
