1994 Honda Accord Highbeam is not on, DRL light is on

Hi, on my honda accord 94EX-R, couple months ago, my highbeam burnt, the DRL was on, so i replace a new highbeam bulb, both highbeams still not working, headlights are working fine. and DRL light is on. when i turn on the headlight, DRL light is off. can you help me with my problem? thanks

When the highbeams are turned ON, does the dash indicator light works?

Does the high beams work when the passing function is used?
