1994 Honda Accord Emergency Flashers

When I unlock the door and open it, the Emergency Flashers come on and keep blinking untill I start the car. The engine starts fine but after about 5 minutes the engin RPM drops to about 500. Will die at stop light.

Is any aftermarket security system installed in vehicle?

The flasher working should be from the security system.

The low idling speed is an indication of a problem with the idling system. Increase the idling speed and if problem goes away, get the throttle body and Idle Air Control valve cleaned.

I am still having a problem with this car. Now, it starts but when you let off the start position with the Key, It imeadately dies. It is like it does not get any Gas. It will run as long as the kep is in start position. Help!

The ignition switch is bad and has to be replaced to fix the problem.
