I Have a 94 accord lx with the F22b2 non vtech motor. the timing belt went out motor is trashed. I am getting a F23a1 From a 99 Accord ex. My question is while my stock ecu work on this motor i have read on sites yes but on other sites no? Also does my non vtech ecu support vtech if wired up manually? Thank you.

Hello Me again i have done some research and found that the f23A1 is an OBD2 while My F22b2 IS OBD1. I have revised my motor choice and have decided to go with a F22B1 instead. Therefor I have heard that the ecu has the vtech signal just no selenoid to send it to. if wires are manually ran from the ecu to vtech selenoid on motor would it work.
