Drive 4 light

My light flashed on and off for over a year, I had a tune up, fuel pump, relay switch, distributor, and many more things fixed. I brought my car to 2 Honda dealerships and no one knew what it meant. My car would run fine then die when the D4 light would flash. I was told that my car was not worth fixing, the D4 light meant the trans was blown, after I contacted Corp. Honda, asking why no one could diagnose my car. It has 140,000 miles on it, and I am the original owner, well maintained car. I just had to pay dealership 100.00 to release my car which they say is worthless, a black hole that I can keep putting money into and it will never be fixed. They offered me 500.00 for a trade-in. Do I see a class action suit here?
