Check that battery voltage is getting to the starter power wire. If there is battery voltage there, then check for power on the soleniod wire (it will be the smaller wire on the starter motor) while a friend cranks the vehicle. If there is voltage, you most likely have a bad starter. Ensure the ground cables are not corroded and that connections are still good.
