1994 Honda Accord Brakes and i have a heat problem

the driver side in the front brake is grinding could it be that the car sat for so long that its frozen? And when i got my car the tempature gage wasnt moving from the cold line so i put in a new thermastat and now it works but theres only a little heat coming out of the driverside and by the feet. On the passenger side theres cold air coming out what does that mean

As far as the brakes, check to make sure the brakes are not worn out. THere is a sensor on them to let you know when they need replaced.

As far as the heat, start the engine, open the hood, allow the engine to warm up with the heater on high. Once it is warmed up, feel both heater core hoses to make sure the are both hot. Let me know what you find.
