1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

crank car up try to put in gear wont go. Turn car off put key in shift lock and put car in neutral and crank it up. Check brake lightswitch have brake lights. Found the shift lock solenoid and took jumper wires and made it click check fuses 2. Car takes off slow in d4 d3 but in low 1 1nd 2 takes off goodl

There should be a blue 2 wire connector at the bottom/behind the glove box, jump it with a wire and turn key on, count flashes of gear indicators and get back to me with the number of flashes and the spaces in between them, it will be any codes that the trans has stored in its memory. Has it ever been serviced? If so did they use Honda trans fluid?
