1993 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hello i was wondering why my floor in the back passanger side is always wet, is it coming from the bottom of the car?

is it the only area wet? the front passenger is not wet? check the weather stripping around the door and window of the rear passenger side.
