Brakes go to the floor there is no sign of leaking

There is no sign of leaking and brake fluid is clean master cylinder?

If you have not lost any brake fluid it is save to assume it is the master cylinder. Check those wheel cylinders and the master cylinder to see if it's been leaking into the cabin or into the brake booster.
