Okay, today I noticed something strange. When I accelerate fairly hard, I noticed my RPM gauge/needle bounces up and down, but the engine RPM is not changing. As if everything is normal. The car does not sputter. I noticed this happens at any speed. On surface streets or highway. Could this be an electrical short? Is something wrong with my transmission?
