New battery installed, horn works no other electrical componets working. All connections to the battery are clean and no lose wires.

check the ground wire on engine block and body connections. let me know..

possible bad ign switch or wiring harness that runs through firewall. If wiring harrness has a plug in connector ,un plug and clean those pins and check for any that may be misaligned. also check starter wires and make sure all connections are clean and tight. Sometimes it's just a process of elimination..Let me know..
