1993 Honda Accord my car

In order for my car to stay on is if i hold my key in the ignition if i let go it will turn off. i have changed the ignition switch and got new keys and still its doing the same thing as it was with the old ignition please help

Turn key to run position and check for battery voltage at the coil positive if none the ignition circuit is open
