1993 Honda Accord Key won't turn over

1993 Honda Accord Engine Size unknown All Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles

I have a 93 Honda Accord and for about 2 weeks and also since it has gotten colder ( not for sure if that has anything to do with it) I put the key in the ignition and the key won't turn. It is the same key that has always been used but you have to mess with the steering wheel turning it to get it to finally to turn over. Is there anything else I can do besides turning the steering wheel as it can take up to a 1/2 hour to finally get it? Please help and thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. I usualy just put my key in there. But not all the way in like I used to. Just put in in there far enough so u could here the lil noise that come on when a key is in there. And it cranks right up. If that dont work. I have no clue what u should do
