1993 Honda Accord Cruise Contrl and Brakelights

I was on the highway and suddenly my CC gave up.

When I came home and I saw my back brakelights are on and the third light is on too.

The mechnaic says a $6.00 piece is needed and he would charge $55 total.

Can I fix myself If I get the part?

Hi bbpsingh,

At the brake pedal there is a stopper for the brake switch. It has disintegrated and you only need to install a new one.

A simple job that anybody can do.
