1993 Honda Accord Car hesitates in first and second gears

My car hesitates when going from first to second gear, I have been using low grade gas lately could that be the issue. Please help as soon as you can.

If its not an engine management system could be the clutch is slipping. Moving from 1st to 2nd with a high rev and it seems that the truck doesn't wanna move as you step the gas pedal is this your case

That sounds about right! Then you need to replace the clutch assembly
