1.On models equipped with radio coded theft protection system, refer to Vehicle Damage Warnings for system disarming and arming procedures. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
2.Disconnect battery ground cable.
3.Remove steering wheel and steering column lower cover.
4.Disconnect ignition switch electrical connectors from dash fuse box and main wire harness.
5.Remove two switch screws, then the switch.
6.Reverse procedure to install.
7.On models equipped with radio coded theft protection system, refer to Vehicle Damage Warnings for system disarming and arming procedures. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
