1993 Accord Air Conditioning

The car was purchased used and there's no owner's manual. I'm trying to find out if the air conditioner will work, but not sure what kind of charge fits the hondas specifications. Can someone help me?

The takes R12 but I would remove the r12 and replace with 134a and you can get the kits with gauges from Walmart. Not that expensive compared with the R12.
