My rear defrost, intermittent wiper and cigarette lighter are not working. I have checked all of the fuses and none of them appear to be blown. Are all three of the items listed above tied into the 40 amp rear defrost fuse? If it is not the fuse that is the problem, what could be causing them not to work? Thank you!

In a CB7 (90-93 Accord), there is a single fuse in the big fuse box under the hood that covers all of that stuff. So in other words, yes. Just replace that fuse with one of the 20 amp spares and it will work fine. I just did mine last weekend. The fuse wasn't actually blown, it was just cracked from age so it connected intermittently. So it still looked OK even though it was bad. Also I think the 'key in the ignition beeper' is also on that same fuse circuit.
